- A job specification is received and discussed with the client (HR and Line Manager) and internally with the Powerhouse team.
- Data base search.
- Advertising in relevant media.
- Head hunting/ research into the Powerhouse network.
- Interviews conducted with shortlisted candidates (if CV’s not already from existing data base).
- ITC, reference and qualification checks performed.
- CV’s checked for accuracy and relevance to job specification.
- Shortlist submitted to the client.
- Feedback received from the client.
- Second interviews organised.
- Testing /Assessments conducted.
- Offer made to the candidate – (consultative process that often involves counselling on counter offers etc).
- Feedback from the candidate on job progress.
- Feedback from the client on the candidate’s progress.
