  • A job specification is received and discussed with the client (HR and Line Manager) and internally with the Powerhouse team.
  • Data base search.
  • Advertising in relevant media – The Star/PNet/Career Junction/Top Jobs/SAICA.
  • Head hunting/ research into the Powerhouse network.
  • Interviews conducted with shortlisted candidates (if CV’s not already from existing data base).
  • ITC, reference and qualification checks performed.
  • CV’s checked for accuracy and relevance to job specification.
  • Shortlist submitted to the client.
  • Feedback received from the client.
  • Second interviews organised.
  • Testing /Assessments conducted.
  • Offer made to the candidate – (consultative process that often involves counselling on counter offers etc).
  • Feedback from the candidate on job progress.
  • Feedback from the client on the candidate’s progress.
